ERIC PUDIL-BOARD DIRECTOR/TEACHER
Training and development specialist. University of California at Berkeley and Sounds True Awareness Training Institute certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. Retreat facilitator and Beverly resident. Eric has travelled extensively in Nepal and on pilgrimage to India. Loves time with family and in nature. He believes meditation helps us respond to life with skillful means.
CONNIE KILGORE- SECRETARY/BOARD MEMBER
Connie has been a member since the Sangha began in 2007. She started meditating to help with stress from health issues and since realized meditation is one tool that helps with the overall journey, we call life. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, camping and traveling.
MIKE LANDIS- VICE PRESIDENT/BOARD MEMBER
Mike Landis joined the sangha in 2021, after a significant loss led to deep introspection. He soon came to value the supportive community of the sangha and the routine of daily practice. Mike spends a bit more than his free time might allow drawing, painting, or hunting inspirations to draw or paint.
EMILY NEWSOM- BOARD MEMBER
Emily joined the sangha in fall of 2019. She was interested in the community of spiritual seekers and got plugged into the immense power of the breathe. She spends the day doing nonprofit work. In her spare time she enjoys walking the city, reading, and adventuring around nature trails.
MARCIA CURTIS- TEACHER/BOARD MEMBER
Marcia Curtis has been practicing Vipassana meditation since 1987. Marcia has done over 40 retreats, including two-three month retreats at the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Ma. She teaches in the Theravada Buddhist tradition. She is also a Unitarian Universalist minister and a social worker.
